At In Brief, we don’t just summarize your depositions quickly and cost-effectively, we summarize them well.  We know that page/line deposition summaries are the single best tool to prepare for trial, familiarize new team members with a case or prepare expert witnesses for all stages of litigation … but they can be expensive and time consuming when done in-house.

We offer the three standard summary formats: Page/Line, Topic-by-Topic, and Page-by-Page, or will utilize any format you provide.

We digest your depositions into manageable, clear and concise summaries that are typically 10% of the original transcript.  So if your transcript is 200 pages, we provide a 20 page summary. The summaries are organized by page and line with topical headings and the exact testimony, transformed into useable, useful size. We neither omit or editorialize so you can access the testimony you need quickly and easily. Want to see for yourself? That is up to you. Unlike other deposition services, we do not charge everyone the same per-page price for a “standard five day turnaround” when you may not need your summaries by the end of the week. You pay only for the services you want; the quality you need is on us.
